The DSPS Proctoring Office provides in-person and zoom test proctoring by appointment for DSPS students with testing as an approved accommodation.

Timeline

All proctored testing must be scheduled at least one week in advance of the scheduled exam or quiz date, and at least two weeks in advance for final exams.
Scheduling Exams
To schedule your exam, please complete the DSPS Student Testing Appointment Request form.
If you are unable to use the electronic form, please email the DSPS Proctoring Office from your myCOD.us email address or visit the DSPS office to schedule. Exams cannot be scheduled over the phone.
