Harassment / Discrimination / Retaliation Complaint Form

This complaint form is designed to provide members of the College of the Desert community with an on-line method to report alleged incidents of unlawful harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, based on categories protected under Title 5. Such allegations are handled in accordance with procedures set forth in Administrative Procedure 3435.

Persons who seek information and/or resolution of alleged acts of discrimination and/or resolution of sexual harassment contact the Diversity, EEO, and Title IX Officer, in Human Resources and Employee Relations, at (760) 773-2529 or (760) 874-8030.
