COD faculty, college programs and student organizations may use this form to request a transfer workshop. Counselors are available to deliver transfer presentations to classes and student organizations.

To ensure availability, please submit your request at least 3 weeks before the desired program date.

Check the Transfer Center calendar for any upcoming events that may address your needs.
