The following services are available at our Indio Campus.
Indio Campus Bookstore
The Indio Campus Bookstore is currently open with limited hours. We encourage you to call ahead for availability. Please contact the Palm Desert Bookstore for updates on available services :
- Textbook Rental Program
- Price Match (see Bookstore staff for details)
- Financial Aid Vouchers
The bookstore also sells a variety of COD apparel items, Scantrons, snacks, and supplies. The bookstore is located on the Northeast side of the Indio Campus.

Bursar's Office (Make a payment)
The Enrollment Services window is open to assist with processing debit or credit card payments at the Indio campus 2nd floor Administrative Office. Students may also pay for charges on their student account through the self-service portal with a debit or credit card.

Bus Passes and Student ID Cards
The process of obtaining a card is fast and easy; please have students visit one of the following locations, and best yet, it doubles as your bus pass for SunLine!
• Palm Desert Campus – Office of Student Life
• Indio Campus – Administration Office 2nd Floor
• Palm Springs Campus – Admin Office Bldg 1
• Coachella Student Services - Front Desk
• Mecca/Thermal and Desert Hot Springs - not yet available
Students must visit one of the above locations to obtain an ID card. Students MUST present a state-issued photo ID and be registered in at least one course to receive an ID. All student IDs must feature a new photograph of their face, so students should be prepared to take this picture when they arrive. The ID card prints immediately.
