Business Information Worker - Real Estate Specialist Certificate of Achievement

The Business Information Worker (BIW) – Real Estate Specialist Certificate of Achievement prepares students for a career as a Real Estate Salesperson according to the California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) and the Department of Real Estate (DRE). After successful completion of the BIW - Real Estate Specialist Certificate of Achievement, students may take the Real Estate Salesperson License test and then seek employment as real estate agents or work for a real estate broker and/or management company.
