MyCODPrint Information
The myCODprint student printing and photocopying service is a pay-for-print system that allows students to print to any HILB copier regardless of location or device. Students send print jobs to their myCODprint account from their personal laptops and mobile devices, and from computer labs in the HILB (Library and TASC). Print jobs are then released from any of the myCODprint copiers in the HILB with the swipe of your COD student ID card.
Student ID cards are issued at Office of Student Life. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-6pm.
Access myCODprint and Secure Login
To access your myCODprint account, use your MyCOD username and password.
- From a web browser: mycodprint.dccd.cc.ca.us
- From a mobile phone: Download the Pharos Print App iOS App Store or Google Play Store (see How to Print – Mobile Devices for more instruction).
Costs
Black and white printing/copies:
- 10 cents per page single-sided
- 8 cents per page double-sided, or 16 cents per sheet (save 2 cents per page by printing double-sided)
Color printing/copies:
- 40 cents per page single-sided
- 35 cents per page double-sided, or 70 cents per sheet (save 5 cents per page by printing double-sided)
Add Funds to myCODprint Account
To add funds to your myCODprint account go to myCODprint website and login using your MyCOD username and password. Click “Add Funds," select a credit card or debit card as a payment option, and follow the instructions on the screen. A minimum of $2 is required. It may take up to 10 minutes for funds to appear on the account.
Note:
Your account will remain active while you are enrolled at College of the Desert. myCODprint balances will not be refunded when you leave the college. Keep your account balance low.
