    • For the password, you can choose your own with at least 8 characters, at least one lowercase letter, at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

After successfully setting up an account and logging in, you can start exploring the Interview Archive and career exploration tools by:

  • Completing the Roadmap assessment to find Leaders who share your interests and learn about their stories.
  • Exploring careers and majors related to your Roadmap assessment results.
  • Accessing your personal dashboard which houses the Leaders and careers they’ve engaged with.
  • Creating a plan, complete with majors, careers, and activities related to your Roadmap assessment results.

The Interview Archive is filled with stories from Leaders fro varying fields, careers, and backgrounds. It is helpful to notice how these Leaders figured out what they love and how they built their life around it as you read their stories to get ideas and information about various career pathways and opportunities.

  1. Complete the activity under The Roadmap tab to find Leaders connected to your area of interest.
  2. Explore the Theme tab to find out what Leaders think about financial security, success, and many other difficult topics.
  3. Use the All Leader tab to see whom we’ve talked to throughout the years.
  4. Personalize your experience by finding Leaders based on Interest and Foundation.
