Advanced Energy Career Day
Advanced Energy Career Day at College of the Desert runs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday (Sept. 22) in the college's amphitheatre, where the new FOLDRZ mobile renewable energy microgrid will be displayed. The unit, which transforms somewhat like a Transformer, features solar panels.
Attendees will also learn more about College of the Desert's energy professional pathways and can meet with industry professionals from the Coachella Valley.
The event will also share more information about its new career pathway, Building and Energy Systems Professional.
