Two Options for ordering Transcripts
Option 1: Internet Request
College of the Desert has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. Please click on the TranscriptsPlus logo below to enter your order. If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the Internet, you can call Credentials Inc at 1-800-646-1858 to place your transcript request. There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the phone.
7 - 10 day delivery - $ 5.00
3 - 5 day delivery - $10.00
TranscriptPlus® will facilitate your request 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Note: *RUSH service is only available through TranscriptPlus®.
Option 2: Order in Person
The first two transcripts (lifetime) a student orders are FREE (only available with in-person orders).
The fee of $3.00 per copy is paid in the Bursars office on the first floor of the Student Service Center. The mailing address is:

Allow 21 business days after receipt of authorization form, available for Pick up Monday thru Thursday after 1:00 PM.
