Application Process
If you attended classes at College of the Desert in the previous semester, skip to step 1 and 3.

NOTE:  If you have previously attended College of the Desert, your assessment test results are on file.

Apply Online Concurrent Enrollment Application

Assessment Test

Print the Confirmation page of the online application. Use the check off list on the Concurrent Enrollment application to make sure you have all the required documents to submit After completing  the COD application, you will receive your COD I.D number that is required to make an appointment for testing.  Click here to make your appointment online or call  the Assessment Center (760) 776-7413 for testing appointment.  Make sure all forms are completed

Paperwork to be submitted to Admissions and Records

1.  Confirmation form for COD application
2.  Copy of COD Assessment Test
3.  Personal Statement written by the student explaining why he/she wants
     and needs to take the course and why permission to do so should be
     granted.
4.  Completed Concurrent Enrollment application
5.  Official high school transcript completed to date showing grades or marks
     earned.
6.  Letter of recommendation, if required as indicated under Admission
     Requirements on application.
7.  Home-schooled students also must submit copies of forms their parents
     have submitted to the California State Superintendent of Public
     Instruction verifying they have notified the state appropriately of their
     student's home-schooled status.
