General Complaint

What happens if a student has a general complaint at COD?

  1. Talk to the individual/person’s immediate supervisor/college administration about your concern and try to resolve the problem directly. View the COD Directory of Employees

  2. If you feel that this complaint violates your student rights, please file a Student Grievance Form Online within ten (10) days of the first informal meeting, if resolution is not solved.

  3. The Office of Student Life will email to student to schedule a meeting for clarification of perceived violation of rights.

  4. If grievance is not solved after meeting with the Office of Student Life, the student can request for a Student Grievance Hearing within twenty (20) days of completing the grievance process. Refer to (AP5530) for procedures.
