Financial Aid Forms
Many of the forms required by the Financial Aid Office from students can be completed online (e-forms).
- Students will simply need to check their required documentation on WebAdvisor
- Then go to the Portal homepage and under the QuickLaunch Navigation menu on the left side, click on the link labeled, Financial Aid Forms.
- Students can select the needed form, complete and submit all online. Please allow at least 5 business days for the forms to be cleared in WebAdvisor.
Parent signatures are still required for dependent students, form must be filled out first, then it must be printed, signed by the parent and returned to the Financial Aid Office.
Students can upload IRS tax return transcripts, W-2 forms, high school transcripts or other forms needed by the Financial Aid Office by clicking on the Supporting Documents Upload link and attaching any scanned document files.
Students still have the option to bring in, mail or fax requested documents to the Financial Aid Office as before. Forms can be picked up from the Financial Aid Office during regular business hours.
Please note that you may be requested to provide additional information during the review process. Once you have submitted all of the required forms, the Financial Aid Office can complete the review of your file and award your financial aid. Please allow sufficient time to complete this process. It is recommended that students complete their file by July 1st each year to ensure they receive their financial aid funds with the first disbursement in September and qualify for a bookstore authorization.
