The Bursar's Office, sometimes referred to as the Cashier's Office, is a department within Fiscal Affairs and is responsible for accepting and processing all fees paid to College of the Desert. In addition, the Bursar's Office processes refunds, financial disbursements, payroll distribution, collection of outstanding fees, and parking.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 to 5:00

The district accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card payments via the Web, or by check or cash at the counter. All payments are to be made at the Bursar's Office.
To pay by credit card via the web, visit WebAdvisor. Click onto Web Advisor and follow the instructions. You will be able to print out a receipt immediately or anytime thereafter via the Web Advisor.

Funds must be drawn from a U.S. Bank in U.S. dollars.
Government issued identification is required for all window monetary transactions. Acceptable IDs include:

- U.S. Military ID
- Native American Tribal Photo ID
- Permanent Resident Card
- Border Crossing Card
- Matricula Consular ID
The 1098-T form is used by eligible educational institutions to report information about their students to the IRS as required by the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997. To access your 1098-T form, go to www.tra.vangent.com and follow the instructions for first time students.
