Adult Basic Education Registration
College of the Desert offers programs for individuals who are looking to earn a high school diploma, prepare to take the GED TEST or just improve basic skills. COD also offers classes to learn to communicate; read, speak, and write in English for non-native speakers. Additionally, there is an ABE Counselor available that can assist you to bridge over to pursue a college education, advance your workforce credentials and learn important life skills.
A Program Specialist is available to assist you with Getting Started:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Our office is located on the 2nd floor of the Cravens Student Services Center behind the COD Financial Aid office.
