At this time, we are sharing our online resources that our office has available for students, where you can obtain your Admissions and Records questions answered 24/7, 365 days per year. These Admissions and Records resources are
available in both English and Spanish using our Chatbot.
We encourage you to check out our Admissions and Records Chatbot to get you the answers you need to the questions you have. These services communicate information in a manner that is easy to understand during a time that works best for you and can be accessed virtually anytime.
The Admissions and Records Office is working remotely, continuing to process transcript requests, petitions, applications to graduate, residency questionnaires, grade changes, applications for admissions from both new and returning students. We are moving waitlists and adding verifying your grades that faculty are
submitting. We are working remotely regular office hours Monday through Thursday, 9-6 p.m. and Friday from 9-12 p.m.
You can still access your unofficial transcripts, change your contact information, add a late starting section, use add codes, print your class schedule and view your progress toward completing your program of study through WebAdvisor. We highly encourage you to visit our A&R forms portal where you can access and complete the A&R forms you need. Should you need to submit supporting documents you can send them along to our office email at enrolls@collegeofthedesert.edu. Please remember to always include your COD ID# with your supporting documents.
Official
transcripts are still available to be sent both by mail and electronically using our online ordering system. During this time, CSU/IGETC certifications or other forms students wish to have included with their official transcripts cannot be sent. Sending transcripts by FedEx or ordering transcripts for pickup are services we cannot provide at this time. All students that had submitted a 21-day free transcript request for your transcripts to be sent, we mailed all of those
before leaving the campus.
Enrollment verifications are also available using our online ordering system with the National Student Clearinghouse.
Our Specialists worked overtime and successfully completed the review and evaluations of all our Spring 2020 candidates to graduate and sent those students their evaluations to their COD email addresses prior to our leaving campus.
Should you have any questions, the best way to contact us is through our email
at enrolls@collegeofthedesert.edu. Please send us an email using your COD student email address with your name, student identification number, and the questions/problems you might need assistance with.
Please note that during this high-volume time, the fastest way to get your question answered is through our Chatbot.
During this transition, we ask that you correspond with us your COD student
email.
As additional avenues to reach the Admissions and Records Office become
available, we will be sure to let you know.
Thank you,
Curt E. Luttrell
Director of Admissions and Records (Registrar)
