Incoming Transcripts

If you have completed coursework at other institutions, contact all the schools you have attended and request to have your official transcripts sent to College of the Desert.
 
Please make sure you have applied to the College of the Desert at least 48 hours before having official transcripts sent to Admissions & Records electronically or First Class U.S. Postal Mail.
 
If you have previously attended College of the Desert and not completed classes in one year or longer you will need to reapply.

Network Delivery​

College of the Desert has partnered with Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE and National Student Clearinghouse Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX) as our trusted agents for processing incoming OFFICIAL electronic academic transcripts. At this time College of the Desert does accept paper transcripts delivered via First Class U.S. Postal Mail; however, our preferred method of receipt is via electronic PDF file delivery.   You will need to check with your sending university or instruction to verify that they are able to send electronic PDF transcripts to other instructions like College of the Desert.
 
Many colleges, universities and other agencies are members of Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE’s and/or National Student Clearinghouse Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX) secure network and actively send electronic transcripts.
 
If your school is not a member of Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE and/or National Student Clearinghouse Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX) and your school does send electronic PDF transcripts, you can request through your school that the transcript(s) be sent to the following email address:
