CIS 010 - Computer Literacy 


These students will be required to have MS Office 2013 (for PC) and to have created account access to the Pearson MyITLab & Mastering environment.

TAKING THE MICROCOMPUTER LAB CLASS


CIS 097 (1/2 Unit = 27 lab hrs) or CIS 098 (1 Unit = 54 lab hrs) 

 

In the event that extra computer lab time is needed beyond the scope of the class requirement a student 'MUST' sign up for one of the two sections above in order to use the CIS Computer Labs.

 

*Things to Note about the lab courses: 

    • A  corequisite of any CIS/CS or B class is needed in order to take the class.

    • This course is NON-REPEATABLE! So, be sure you are utilitizing this resource when you are in most need of it.

 

    • PASS/FAIL - Each of these sections is graded as a 'Pass' or 'Fail'. Not passing this course will not affect your GPA, but can have an affect on your Financial Aid Eligibility status. In order to PASS the student must meet the total # of TBA lab hrs requirement for the course.
