Street Fair Begins Summer Season
The College of the Desert Street Fair ‘Summer Season’ began June 2, 2012. During the months of June, July, August, and September, the Street Fair hours are shortened to 7 a.m. to noon. The Street Fair is held all year long on Saturday and Sunday on the COD Palm Desert campus.
The Fair provides open-air shopping for the entire family including a selection of unique gifts for all occasions, a farmer’s market, and refreshment booths. There is free admission, parking and entertainment.
Beginning May 29, the College will begin an extensive renovation of the Monterey Entrance to the Palm Desert campus. Throughout the duration of the project, various vehicle and pedestrian routes will be redirected and alternate routes identified. Street Fair shoppers should use Magnesia Falls, Fred Waring Drive or San Pablo entrances to access the campus. Click here for more information.
The COD Alumni Association is a non-profit organization that runs the Street Fair on Saturdays and Sundays all year long.
