International Week 2012, November 12-16

This week marks International Week 2012 celebrating international programs and international exchanges at educational institutions throughout the world. The International Education Program is sponsoring events this week and we encourage your participation and ask that you also advertise this to your students:

International Jeopardy Challenge:  Challenge your knowledge of the world by answering the 15 strategically posted questions in the Beeps Café Quad and Hilb Center. The first 10 students to bring the correct answers to the International Student Office (CSSC, 2nd Fl) will receive a Beeps Café gift voucher.  Answers will be revealed on International Day!

International Club Drawing:  Support the International Club at COD by purchasing a $1 ticket for the opportunity to win some terrific prizes (full list on the attached flyer).  Tickets can be purchased at the International Student Office and during International Day. Winners will be announced on International Day (you do not need to be present to win).

International Day:  Thursday, November 15, 2012, from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the quad between the Administration and Café Buildings. A colorful flag ceremony, cultural museum, food tasting and international fashion show/entertainment. Watch COD students show their international pride at this annual event.
