Send an email from your campus email address, if possible, outlining your issue(s) to HelpDeskIS@collegeofthedesert.edu. This will automatically generate a Work Order and you will receive an email summarizing the issue.
You may check the status of your work order by logging into the Helpdesk Work Order system at anytime.
