College of the Desert's fall 2009 production of Inherit The Wind continues for a second weekend at Theater Too on the Palm Desert campus.
Performers will be on stage tonight and Saturday at 7 p.m. and will end the run with a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m.
Note: Recent campus road work is being completed on time and the San Pablo Avenue entrance to the campus will be open in time for this weekend's performances, including Friday night.

The production will be directed by Guillermo Aviles-Rodriguez, Artistic Director of the Watts Village Theater Company, and a new adjunct instructor of theater at COD.
Inherit The Wind is a classic American drama by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee (1955). Inspired by the actual events of the Scopes “Monkey Trial” (1925), the play pits the teaching of evolution against religious orthodoxy.
